Engineered to disappear into a room while delivering full-bandwidth surround sound, the compact satellite form factor suits tight spaces without compromising the authority and detail that SVS engineers into every driver.
Each Prime Satellite pairs a 1-inch aluminium dome tweeter with a 4.5-inch polypropylene cone midrange driver, managed by SVS’s SoundMatch 2-way crossover. The aluminium dome provides clean, extended high-frequency response to 25kHz, while the extra-thick front baffle and internal bracing minimise diffraction and cabinet resonance. Sensitivity of 85dB and a wide 20–150W amplifier window make the satellites compatible with the full range of AV receivers from entry-level to high-power separates. The bass reflex cabinet with rear-firing port, 22.5cm tall, keeps placement flexible — on dedicated stands, shelves, or wall-mounted behind listening positions.
The SB-1000 Pro completes the system with a 12-inch high-excursion driver and a cool-running Class D amplifier delivering 325 watts RMS and over 820 watts peak dynamic power. An Analog Devices DSP running at 50MHz handles crossover alignment, room gain correction, and parametric EQ adjustments, all accessible via the SVS smartphone app over Bluetooth. The sealed enclosure keeps the 34.2cm cube compact while the amplifier’s DSP headroom ensures the subwoofer reaches 20Hz without port noise or dynamic compression.
What’s Included
The system comprises five Prime Satellite speakers — two front left/right, one centre, and two rear surround — plus one SB-1000 Pro subwoofer. All five satellites are acoustically identical, offering consistent tonal character at every seating position. Grilles are included on all satellites.
