You can trade in almost any product we sell, projectors, speakers, amplifiers, AV receivers, and subwoofers. There are a few exclusions - consumable items such as bulbs or stylii

How Trade In Works
We don't buy used products for cash; we take them as a trade-in toward a new purchase. You have two options for completing the exchange:

Option 1: Send us your trade-in first and pay the remaining balance. We will then check your item and dispatch your new product.

Option 2: Pay for the new item in full, and we’ll send it to you. You can then send us your trade-in, and we will issue a refund once we have received and checked it.
You can drop off your item in person or use a return label or collection service we provide. If you no longer have the original packaging, you will need to arrange for shipping yourself. Please pack your item carefully, as it needs to get back to us without damage.
