Be accurate when describing your item. If it arrives in a worse condition than described, we’ll contact you with a revised offer. If you don’t accept, we’ll return your items free of charge. Items with all original packaging (box plus all inserts) typically receive a higher valuation.
Once you accept an offer, arrange dispatch within 7 days. We’ll agree the most suitable method (collection, prepaid label, or drop-off) based on size. We cover the cost. You are responsible for safe packaging.
Please factory reset any smart devices or connected equipment before sending. Remove all personal accounts and data. We accept no liability for personal data left on items.
Proof of purchase is not required but may increase your valuation where a manufacturer’s warranty is still active and transferable.
Your statutory rights and our standard returns policy apply to the new products you purchase. If you return new items after already sending your trade-in, we may charge reasonable costs to return your trade-in items to you.
Items are not reserved while your request is being reviewed. Stock is allocated when you accept an offer. Live availability is shown on each product page, so you can check before accepting.
