At Quantum AV, we want you to buy with complete confidence. That's why many products purchased directly from us come with a free 6-year extended warranty; our commitment that we stand behind what we sell, long after the day of purchase.
How It Works
Our warranty tops up the manufacturer's standard warranty to give you a combined total of 6 years' coverage from the date of purchase. So if a product comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty, we add 4 more years on top — free of charge, with no registration required. The 6 Year Warranty badge on a product page means it qualifies.
What's Covered
- Faults in materials or workmanship for up to 6 years from date of purchase.
- Repair or replacement if something goes wrong during normal, domestic use.
- Repairs carried out by approved service centres using genuine parts wherever possible.
- If a repair isn't possible, we'll replace the product or offer an equivalent solution.
What's Not Covered
Like all warranties, there are a few standard exclusions:
- Accidental damage, drops, spills, misuse, or neglect.
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches, marks, or normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by unauthorised repairs, modifications, or incorrect installation.
- Use outside the manufacturer's guidelines.
- Accessories, consumables, or items not forming part of the main product.
- Commercial use.
Who Is Covered
- Available on selected brand-new products bought directly from Quantum AV — online or in our showroom — on or after 26 November 2025.
- For the original purchaser only. Non-transferable.
- UK customers only.
- Warranty status is confirmed on your receipt and shown on the product page.
If your product was purchased from another retailer or a marketplace such as Amazon or eBay, the manufacturer's standard warranty applies instead.
How to Make a Claim
We've kept the process as straightforward as possible:
- Contact us with your order number and a clear description of the fault.
- Share any relevant photos or details to help us assess the issue quickly.
- Keep your original packaging and accessories if you can.
- We'll organise a repair, replacement, or an appropriate resolution.
No lengthy forms. No call centres. Just straightforward support from the same team you bought from.
Your Statutory Rights
This warranty is offered in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing here limits or affects those rights.
