Warranty Information

At Quantum AV, we offer two levels of extended warranty cover: a free warranty included with selected products for members, and a paid warranty available to add at checkout on selected products. Both provide six years of protection against faults in materials or workmanship.

Free 6-Year Warranty

Many products purchased directly from us come with a free 6-year warranty as part of our Q Club membership. Our cover tops up the manufacturer’s standard warranty to give you a combined total of 6 years from the date of purchase — free of charge, with no registration required. The 🛡️ 6 Year Warranty badge on a product page means it qualifies.

Paid 6-Year Extended Warranty

On products where the free warranty is not available, you can add our Paid Extended Warranty at checkout. It works in exactly the same way — topping up the manufacturer’s warranty to give you 6 years’ total cover from the date of purchase.

The Paid Warranty can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund under your statutory rights. Up to 45 days, you can cancel for a full refund provided no claim has been made. After 45 days, you can still cancel and receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your Quantum AV cover.

How the Cover Works

Both warranties extend the manufacturer’s standard warranty. During the manufacturer’s warranty period you must use their warranty for any fault — our cover begins from the point theirs ends. If the manufacturer is no longer trading, our warranty covers the full six-year period from purchase.

What’s Covered

  • Faults in materials or workmanship under normal domestic use.
  • Repair or replacement if something goes wrong.
  • Repairs carried out by approved service centres using genuine parts wherever possible.
  • If a product is beyond economic repair and cannot be replaced, a settlement equal to the original purchase price of the product.

What’s Not Covered

Like all warranties, there are standard exclusions:

  • Accidental damage, drops, spills, misuse, or neglect.
  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches, marks, or normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by unauthorised repairs, modifications, or incorrect installation.
  • Use outside the manufacturer’s guidelines or rated specifications.
  • Accessories, consumables, or items not forming part of the main product.
  • Commercial use.

Who Is Covered

  • Available on selected brand-new products bought directly from Quantum AV on or after 26 November 2025.
  • For the original purchaser only. Non-transferable.
  • UK customers only.
  • Your order invoice confirms your warranty cover and serves as proof of purchase for any claim.

Products purchased from third-party retailers, marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay, or resellers are not eligible for the Quantum AV Extended Warranty.

How to Make a Claim

We’ve kept the process as straightforward as possible:

  1. Contact us with your order number and a clear description of the fault.
  2. Share any relevant photos or details to help us assess the issue quickly.
  3. Keep your original packaging and accessories if you can.
  4. We’ll organise a repair, replacement, or settlement as appropriate.

No lengthy forms. No call centres. Just straightforward support from the same team you bought from.

Your Statutory Rights

Both warranties are offered in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing here limits or affects those rights.
