Free Next Day Delivery
We offer free next working day delivery on orders over £60 to most mainland UK addresses. For orders under £60, a standard delivery charge applies at checkout.
Some items may be too large for a next-day service - you'll see a different option at the basket in this case.
Next day service is for in-stock items only. Stock status is shown on the product page.
Order Cut-Off Times
Orders placed before 3pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched the next available working day.
How We Deliver
We choose the most appropriate courier based on the size and weight of your order:
- DPD or FedEx — used for larger items such as amplifiers, speakers, and projectors. You'll receive a tracking link and a one-hour delivery window notification by text or email on the day of delivery.
- Royal Mail — used for smaller, lighter parcels such as cables and accessories.
All deliveries requiring a signature will have a card left if you're not in, and the courier will offer redelivery or a local collection point.
Click & Collect
Most of our range is kept in our secure warehouse rather than on the shop floor. When you choose Click & Collect we move your order to our showroom ready for you, usually within 1 working day. Here's how it works:
- Place your order and choose Click & Collect at checkout.
- We confirm your order and move your item from the warehouse to our showroom.
- We email you as soon as it's ready to collect, usually within 1 working day.
- Pop in during opening hours with your order confirmation to collect.
Please wait for our "ready to collect" email before visiting, as your order will not be at the showroom until then.

Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm, excluding public holidays.
Delivery Charges
Free delivery applies to most mainland UK postcodes on orders over £60. Some remote postcodes and island locations carry a surcharge due to carrier restrictions, and a small number of locations cannot be served by our standard service.

Areas We Cannot Currently Deliver To
We are currently unable to deliver to the Isle of Man, Jersey, or Guernsey.
International Deliveries
We ship within the UK only. We are not able to ship internationally, and we cannot offer VAT refunds or tax advice if you choose to export a purchase yourself.
