The Pro-Ject T2 Super Phono Counterweight is the original replacement counterweight for the T2 Super Phono turntable tonearm. Featuring a nickel finish over a machined aluminium body, it is a precise fit for the 9" aluminium tonearm fitted to all T2 Super Phono models, allowing you to restore or replace the factory-supplied counterweight should yours become lost or damaged.
As with all Pro-Ject counterweights, it threads directly on to the rear stub of the tonearm and is adjusted by sliding it along the stub to set the correct vertical tracking force (VTF) for your cartridge. The T2 Super Phono tonearm has an effective mass of 9.5 g, making it well suited to medium-compliance MM cartridges such as the pre-fitted Sumiko Rainier.
