The Pro-Ject T1 is built around a CNC-machined plinth featuring no plastic parts, carefully manufactured to eliminate hollow spaces and unwanted vibrations. A precision belt drive system attaches to a newly designed sub-platter, engineered to fine tolerances for stable mounting into the stainless-steel axle and brass-bushing main bearing.
The 8.6-inch tonearm features a one-piece aluminium tube and improved gimbal bearing assembly with low-friction components. Mounted with an Ortofon OM 5E cartridge with elliptical diamond stylus, pre-set for downforce and anti-skate so it plays straight out of the box. Supplied with shielded, semi-symmetrical, low-capacitance phono cables and a detachable dust cover.
