How do I purchase a product online? Find the product you wish to purchase. Add the quantity to the cart - Click, the Add to Cart button. Here you are taken to the Shopping Basket page. Once you have finished adding products to your basket, you can change the quantities of the products you have ordered. Once you are happy with the contents, you select the type of payment you wish to use and you are taken to an easy 1 page checkout system.. For any problems please telephone us on 01492 330550.

How do I use the wishlist? This is a great feature. As you go through the site. You can compile a list of all your favourite products. When you click on a product in the listing page, it will take you through to the product detail page. Next to the Add To Cart button on the right, you will find the Wishlist button. Click on this button and the item will be added. You will then be given a choice of either viewing your Wish List or to continue shopping. You can also find a Wish List button in the top header of the site. When you click on Wish List Button you can edit it and then add a product to cart.

How do I compare products? The site allows you to compare up to 5 products at a time. On the listing page under every product you will see a small box next to the word compare. Click on the boxes of the products you wish to compare. Then either at top of the listing page or at the bottom you will see a flashing "Compare Selected Products" button. Click on this and you will be able to compare your products.

Does the price of goods include VAT? Yes all prices include VAT. If you live in the Channel Islands the VAT is deducted when Guernsey or Jersey is selected as a delivery option at checkout.

Is it the same prices for a telephone as it is for an internet order? Yes it is. Please feel free to call us on 01492 330550, we will arrange everything over the telephone for you. The same prices are also in store and if the item will not fit in the car we can send it to any mainland UK addresses.

Do you have a showroom or a store where we can view your products? Yes we do. Our main store is situated in Colwyn Bay, not far from Chester, where our showroom displays many of our products. If it is a particular product you are after, pleases feel free to call us to confirm it is on display on 01492 330550. Many of our products can also be tried out in our dedicated demonstration rooms.

Do you have a brochure? We do have many brochures and they outline the features, colours and dimensions of each manufacturers’ products. You will find links to some of these brochures on the individual product pages. Brochures can be sent out in the post on request.

What products does the company sell? QuantumAV products can all be found in Store Categories in the header of the page.

Are you a member of an accredited web safe trading organisation? We are also members of RETRA.

Are the products guaranteed? QuantumAV is committed to supplying products of the highest quality. Each product comes with its own guarantee which is displayed on the feature tab on its individual product page. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer a full money back guarantee - return it in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund. How can I track my delivery? On the evening of dispatch you can log into your account and your tracking details will be displayed. Additionally, you will receive an automated tracking email from our courier DPD. DPD will also provide a text or email predicting the hour of your delivery.

Do you guarantee satisfaction and value for money? We offer a unique range of top quality products at competitive prices. Our prices are always competitive but in the unlikely event that you find the same product cheaper we will always try to match the price or beat it.

How can I order and pay for the products? Products can be bought online, or if you prefer, by phone on 01492 330550. For those of you who prefer to order by mail please send a cheque or Postal Order to us (Quantum Electronics) in pounds sterling. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, Debit Cards and Paypal.

Can I order and pay for my products over the telephone? Absolutely, If you wish to purchase your goods over the telephone - please telephone: 01492 330550 between the hours found below and our team can give you advice as well as process your order via our secure terminal.

Why does Paypal say that my credit card or email address is attached to a Paypal account and as for your Paypal password? Paypal has recognised your credit card or email address being already attached to a Paypal account, therefore to add security to your account it asks additional questions. If you have forgotten your password you can ask Paypal to send it to yourself. Alternatively use a card and or an email address which is not connected to a Paypal account.

Does quantumAV deliver outside the UK and how much does it cost? We can offer deliveries to many European countries, however some product ranges are excluded from this. Please could you contact us if you have any queries on this.

Can I arrange a before 12pm delivery or a Saturday delivery? We are pleased to say we can now offer this service to you, for a slight surcharge. This can be added at the end of the Check Out. The rates are as follows:-

  • Before 12pm (midday) - £9.99 surcharge.
  • Saturday Deliveries - £12.50 surcharge.

Is it safe to order products on the internet? Shopping is totally safe. Once you have finished shopping go to the check out fill in you details and delivery address. You then have a choice of method of payment - Pay By Card or Paypal. When you actually come to entering your credit card details you are taken onto a secure server operated by us and secured by the renowned Verisign or the respective Payment Service Provider (PSP). Both automatically encrypt your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). This in turn, for your added comfort and security, we as a company do not hold any credit card details on our servers. How long does delivery take? We try to despatch all products within 24 hours and most are usually in stock.

Unwanted electrical equipment is the UKs fastest growing type of waste. Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination – harming wildlife and also human health.

We are pleased to offer our customers the chance to recycle their old electrical items. Please return return your old electrical product to us once you receive delivery of its replacement from us.

To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin.

What is WEEE?
The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. In the UK, distributors (including retailers) must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. Those establishing their own take-back scheme must as a minimum offer all customers buying new electrical equipment free take back of their old electricals on a like-for-like basis.
