Shipping and Handling
Items are shipped according to weight.
Lighter items will be shipped by registered or special delivery.
Larger, heavier items are dispatched using our DPD predict courier service. This is normally a 24 hour service. The Carrier service will require a signature upon receipt for proof of delivery and can deliver between 8am and 6pm on the day of delivery. On the morning of delivery you will receive an email or text message (if contact details are available) of the one-hour window for your delivery so you no longer have to wait all day.
If the carrier can not deliver the item because no-one is home to receive the order, they will leave a card with a contact number detailing how to arrange a more convenient delivery date. If the carrier receives no contact from you they will return the package to us after a period of approximately 5 working days. This may result in extra shipping costs being incurred for redelivery.
All UK address (excluding Offshore and Remote Locations) orders over £99 are shipped free, orders up to £99 (inclusive) incur a £3.99 shipping charge.
Offshore & Remote Locations
The following postcodes/locations are classed as Remote and Offshore locations by our couriers. These do not qualify for free next day delivery and are only available on a 2 to 3 working day service at a charge of £15 for the first box, and an extra £10 per additional box. We endeavour to pack multiple smaller items in a single box to minimise this charge.

A shipping charge will be made for other available countries according to weight. Starting at £22.50 for each box up to 25kg.
Full payment is required prior to dispatch.
Orders are generally delivered within 1-5 business days to a UK address.
One hour delivery window - receive a text or email giving you the timed delivery slot down to the hour - no more waiting in all day for that delivery to arrive!
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
