High-Mass Isolation for Larger Turntables
The Pro-Ject Ground it Deluxe 1 Black is a substantial isolation platform engineered to eliminate the transmission of mechanical and acoustic vibrations to your turntable. Where the entry-level Ground it E uses a solid MDF board, the Deluxe range takes things a step further: each platform is a heavy-weight base filled with granular damping material, absorbing resonances that would otherwise colour the sound. The result is a clearly lower noise floor, more defined bass and a greater sense of instrumental separation.
Designed for Pro-Ject's Larger Decks
The Deluxe 1 is sized at 500 x 400 mm (footprint) and weighs 11.6 kg, making it the ideal match for Pro-Ject's larger turntable families: the RPM 1, 3, 5, 9 and 10 Carbon, the Xtension 9, 10 and 12 Evolution, and the Signature 10. Fitted spikes can be adjusted for height, ensuring the platform sits level on virtually any surface. The dark grey piano lacquer finish is chosen to complement the charcoal livery used across Pro-Ject's contemporary turntable range.
A Meaningful Sonic Upgrade
Adding a Ground it Deluxe 1 beneath an already-capable turntable brings a clearly noticeable improvement in sound quality. Stereo imaging becomes more precise, treble gains refinement, and the rhythmic integrity of music is better preserved.
