The Pro-Ject Connect it Power DS RS 48V is a dedicated high-conductivity DC power cable from Pro-Ject's Connect it accessory range, designed to carry the 48V supply between a Pro-Ject Power Box RS Amp and a compatible Box Design amplifier. It replaces the standard captive power lead supplied with the Power Box, offering improved conductors and magnetic shielding for cleaner power delivery and lower interference between adjacent hi-fi components.
This 1.23m length is the mid-size option in the range, sized for typical rack installations where the Power Box RS Amp sits a shelf or two away from the amplifier it powers. Both ends use the locking high-current 48V chassis connector found on Pro-Ject's 48V Box Design components, so the cable simply replaces the original lead with no adapters required.
Compatible Pro-Ject components include the Amp Box RS, Stereo Box RS and Amp Box DS2 — in fact any Box Design product fitted with the 48V DC chassis input intended for use with the Power Box RS Amp. Also available in 0.82m and 1.85m lengths to suit shorter and longer runs.
