The Pro-Ject Connect it Phono DS is a high-quality tonearm interconnect cable designed for Pro-Ject turntables equipped with MiniXLR sockets. This MiniXLR to MiniXLR variant carries the True Balanced Connection (TB) designation, meaning it delivers a fully balanced signal path from tonearm to phono stage, preserving low-level phono signals with minimal interference and noise.
Built around a 99.99% OFC (oxygen-free copper) conductor with helical OFC copper shielding and a conductive carbon sub-jacket, the Connect it Phono DS offers excellent channel separation and low capacitance, both critical for accurate phono reproduction. Silver-plated connectors reduce contact resistance and ensure a reliable, long-lasting connection.
At 1.23 metres in length, it is sized to suit the reach requirements of a standard turntable installation. The jacket uses a flexible Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) that resists kinking and keeps cable noise to a minimum during use.
Compatible with Pro-Ject turntables that feature MiniXLR tonearm outputs, such as models fitted with the 9CC EVO tonearm. To use the True Balanced Connection your turntable must be paired with an MC cartridge or the Pick it PRO Balanced.
