The KEF RIF4100L is a steel rough-in frame designed for multi-speaker rectangular installations using four KEF 100mm Ci-series speakers in a single cutout. Installed during the pre-wiring stage of a new construction or renovation project, the RIF4100L allows the installer to reserve the correct space in the ceiling and provides a clean, accurate cutout guide for a seamless multi-speaker array.
The frame is installed before plasterboard or other ceiling material is applied, so that when the time comes to fit the speakers, the cutout is already in place. This approach eliminates the guesswork of on-site measurement and helps protect speaker positions during the building phase.
The RIF4100L is compatible with KEF Ci4100QL and Ci4100QLb 4x100mm rectangular Ci-series in-ceiling speaker arrays.
