The KEF P1 Desk Pad is a pair of die-cast aluminium desk pads made for the LSX II and LSX II LT wireless speakers. KEF designed it for use with LSX II or LSX II LT as a desktop loudspeaker, either side of a television, on bookshelves or on a low cabinet.
Mounting and Tilt
Each pad bonds directly to the speaker through its integrated 1/4-inch screw mounting, so the speaker sits securely on the pad without separate fixings. A 10-degree upward tilt angles the speaker slightly towards the listening position, which suits the near-field distances of a desk.
Construction
The aluminium construction gives rigidity and stability. Each pad measures 147mm wide, 168mm deep and 28mm high and weighs 0.66kg. The P1 Desk Pad is sold as a pair and this listing is the Black finish; KEF also makes it in Silver. Speakers are not included.
