The KEF Ci200CR is a round in-ceiling speaker from KEF's C Series, designed for architectural installations where the speaker must disappear into the ceiling while delivering full-range audio. This configuration delivers a frequency response of 45 Hz to 20 kHz, providing genuine bass extension from a ceiling-mounted source without the need for a separate subwoofer in smaller rooms. Installation
The round chassis requires a 240mm ceiling cut-out and a mounting depth of just 97.2mm behind the ceiling surface, making it compatible with standard joist depths. The thin-bezel grille sits almost flush with the ceiling plane once installed, minimising visual intrusion. The speaker presents an 8-ohm nominal impedance and handles up to 125 W, allowing it to be driven comfortably from both dedicated hi-fi amplifiers and commercial-grade multi-zone systems.
