The FiiO LT-TC5M is an 80cm USB-C to USB-C data and charging cable designed for use with FiiO portable DACs, headphone amplifiers, and digital audio players. At 80cm, it suits everyday desktop and portable use — long enough to run comfortably between a laptop or phone and a FiiO device placed on a desk, yet compact enough to pack away without excess cable to manage.
Cable Construction
The LT-TC5M uses a pure copper conductor wrapped in a braided nylon outer sleeve. The braid provides abrasion resistance and a practical level of flexibility for everyday use. The 80cm length sits between the compact 10cm S variant for portable stacking and the 150cm L variant for desktop or rack-mounted installations, making it the most versatile length in the range.
Charging and Data
The cable incorporates an E-mark chip, which allows it to identify itself to compatible USB-C chargers and unlock 5A charging current at USB Power Delivery voltages. Data transfer operates at USB 2.0 speeds, which is sufficient for lossless audio streaming to an external DAC or headphone amplifier.
Connector Build
Both ends carry USB-C plugs with robust strain-relief boots at the cable entry point. The connectors are compatible with the full range of FiiO USB-C devices including the BTR series Bluetooth DAC/amps, the KA series portable DAC/headphone amplifiers, and the M series digital audio players, as well as any standard USB-C equipped smartphone or laptop.
