The Anthem MCA 525 is a 5-channel power amplifier designed and crafted in Canada to complement the AVM 60 processor and MRX receivers. It features custom low-noise high-power toroidal transformers, high-current bipolar output transistors with eight devices per channel, and two shared power supplies across all five channels for full bursts of power without affecting channel separation.
Advanced Load Monitoring (ALM) technology monitors internal temperature, current, and voltage for safe, uninterrupted long-term operation without signal-path fuses. The completely redesigned circuit layout minimises internal cabling for a smoother signal path. With a signal-to-noise ratio of 120 dB, background noise is practically nonexistent.
