The Elfin Flip 4K sits at the top of XGIMI's Elfin Flip series of fold-flat portable projectors, bringing 4K UHD resolution and an RGB triple laser light source to the range's distinctive carry-anywhere design. At 1.55 kg and just 24.5 cm wide, it moves from room to room as easily as a compact laptop, yet projects an image of up to 200 inches.
Picture Quality
The RGB triple laser light source delivers 1600 ISO lumens of brightness with 110% coverage of the BT.2020 colour gamut, and colour accuracy is SGS certified with a Delta E below 1. A 20,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio (DBLE on) draws out shadow detail without washing out highlights, and both HDR10 and HLG formats are supported. The high light transmission coated lens provides genuine optical zoom, with a 0.98-1.3:1 throw ratio producing images from 40 to 200 inches; XGIMI recommends 60 to 150 inches for the best viewing experience.
Flip Stand and Portability
The built-in stand doubles as a carry handle and adjusts through 150 degrees, so the projector can aim at a wall, the ceiling or anywhere in between without a separate mount. Folded flat, the stand covers and protects the lens in transit.
Effortless Setup
XGIMI's enhanced ISA 5.0 suite uses ToF and camera sensing to set the picture up automatically: uninterrupted auto keystone correction, auto focus, intelligent screen alignment, intelligent obstacle avoidance and wall colour adaptation all work in the background, alongside intelligent eye protection.
Google TV and Sound
Google TV is built in, putting Netflix, Prime Video and other major streaming services directly on the projector, with Google Cast and DLNA mirroring for phones and laptops. Sound comes from a 7W Harman Kardon speaker with support for Dolby Audio, Dolby Digital and Dolby Digital Plus, and HDMI 1 supports eARC for connection to an external sound system.
Gaming and Connectivity
In Game Mode with VRR enabled, input latency drops to 1ms at 1080p 120Hz, with ALLM support and MEMC motion smoothing also on board. A Black Equalizer mode lifts dark scene detail, and optional virtual crosshairs are available for shooters. Connections include two HDMI inputs (HDMI 1 with eARC), two USB 2.0 ports and an audio output, plus dual-band Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2, and the projector runs at a quiet 28dB or less measured at 1 metre.
