The Front Channels
The Wharfedale Evo 5.4 Floorstanding Speakers are rated at a frequency response of 42 Hz - 24 kHz, 90 dB sensitivity, a nominal impedance of 4Ω (8Ω compatible). With a recommended amplifier power of 30-200 W, they partner a mainstream AV receiver without needing anything specialised.
Bass
The Wharfedale SW-12 Subwoofer uses a 1 x 300mm (12") long-throw cone, driven by 300w (450w peak). Crossed over below the main speakers, it covers the bottom octaves a compact cabinet cannot reach on its own.
