SVS Ultra Evolution Nano Speaker - Piano Gloss White (Pair)

The SVS Ultra Evolution Nano is the most compact model in SVS's flagship Ultra Evolution speaker range, sitting below the larger Ultra Evolution Bookshelf whilst sharing the same core driver technology and acoustic design philosophy. Designed to deliver reference-quality stereo and home cinema performance from a genuinely bookshelf-friendly enclosure, the Nano is engineered for rooms where space is at a premium without sacrificing the precision and extension that define the Ultra Evolution line.

Diamond-Carbon Tweeter

The Nano's 25mm (1") aluminium dome tweeter is treated with a layer of diamond carbon applied via a Vapor Deposition process, which SVS states vastly improves rigidity and acoustic properties. The tweeter extends to 40kHz.

Glass-Fibre Woofer & Cabinet Design

A 133mm (5.25") composite glass-fibre woofer handles the midrange and bass. The cabinet is a rear-ported bass reflex design, with port tuning that extends bass response to a measured 44Hz (±3dB) — notably deep for a speaker of this size.

The Nano's front baffle is curved, aligning the acoustic centres of the tweeter and woofer on a common vertical plane. This geometry ensures that sound from each driver reaches the listening position at the same instant, maximising phase coherence for a more convincing and immersive soundstage with pinpoint imaging.

Crossover & Connectivity

A crossover at 1,900Hz hands off between the woofer and tweeter. The nominal impedance of 6 ohms and 85dB sensitivity (2.83V at 1m) make the Nano compatible with a wide range of stereo amplifiers and AV receivers, with a recommended amplifier output of 20–150 watts. Connections are made via gold-plated 5-way binding posts, accepting bare wire, banana plugs, spade terminals, and pin connectors. Acoustically transparent neodymium magnetic grilles are included and attach without visible fixings.

Versatile Application

The Ultra Evolution Nano is equally suited to use as a stereo pair in a small or medium-sized room and as front left/right or surround speakers in a home cinema system. The three available finishes — Piano Gloss Black, Piano Gloss White, and Black Oak Veneer — allow integration with a wide range of room aesthetics.
