Solid Steel

Solidsteel was founded in 1990 in Città Sant'Angelo, Pescara, Italy by Moreno Conti, a music enthusiast whose passion for metalworking led him to create the first metal furniture designed specifically for hi-fi systems. The brand's origins trace to the 1970s and 1980s, when Conti began experimenting with metalworking techniques driven by a love for music.

From the outset, Solidsteel has operated as a family business, with handcrafted construction and vibration-damping engineering at the core of every product. The Conti family built the brand through decades of commercial partnerships, and Gaetano Conti continues to lead the company today.

Solidsteel produces a range of 100% Made in Italy audio furniture for hi-fi, high-end AV, and professional audio systems, including equipment racks, amplifier stands, speaker stands, and wall shelves — each engineered to provide stability and minimise vibration for optimal audio performance.
