The Roksan Attessa Streaming Amplifier sits at the heart of the Attessa Series 1G — Roksan's current entry into premium hi-fi, comprising the Streaming Amplifier, Integrated Amplifier, and CD Transport. As the streaming-capable member of the trio, it combines Roksan's Euphoria amplification topology with BluOS multi-room streaming, making it suitable as both a standalone two-channel streaming system and as the centrepiece of a wider whole-home audio installation of up to 64 zones.
Amplification
The amplifier section uses Roksan's Euphoria topology, delivering 80W per channel into 8 ohms (both channels driven, THD+N <0.1%) and 130W per channel into 4 ohms. The front panel is machined anodised aluminium, with the chassis formed from plated steel. A 400VA mains transformer is fitted. The primary control interface is a Dynamic Control Dial with haptic feedback for volume and input selection, complemented by front-panel transport buttons. A 3.5mm headphone output provides 7.5Vrms drive, rated suitable for all headphone types including high-impedance designs.
Streaming and Connectivity
Network streaming is handled by BluOS — Lenbrook's premium multi-room platform supporting playback at up to 24-bit/192kHz. BluOS is Roon Ready and MQA-capable, and supports AirPlay 2 for Apple device streaming. Supported services include Spotify Connect, TIDAL Connect, Deezer, Qobuz, Amazon Music, and Amazon Alexa integration, alongside internet radio via TuneIn and iHeartRadio. Hi-resolution formats supported include MQA, FLAC, WAV, and AIFF; DSD playback is available via the BluOS desktop application only.
Bluetooth connectivity uses A2DP with SBC, aptX, and AAC codecs, with a bespoke antenna design offering a typical range of 15 metres. Network connectivity is via Ethernet (LAN) or Wi-Fi, with over-the-air firmware updates handled through the MaestroUnite app.
Inputs and Outputs
Four digital inputs are provided: two coaxial S/PDIF (D1 and D4, accepting up to 24-bit/192kHz PCM) and two optical S/PDIF (D2 and D3, accepting up to 24-bit/96kHz PCM). Three analogue inputs include A1 (no signal sense), A2 (with signal sense, used for AV pass-through mode), and a moving magnet phono stage with RIAA equalisation. Speaker outputs use binding posts for left and right channels; a pair of RCA outputs provides a pre-out or subwoofer feed. A 3.5mm mini-jack 12V trigger input supports system integration, alongside a wired IR input.
MaestroUnite App
System setup, source selection, volume control, and firmware management are handled via the MaestroUnite application, developed jointly by Roksan and Monitor Audio. The app supports Crestron, Control4, RTI, URC, and other third-party control integrations for custom installation environments. The Attessa Streaming Amplifier, Integrated Amplifier, and CD Transport are designed to operate together as a matched system through the same app.
