The Q Acoustics Qi 65CB is Q Install's background music specialist — engineered for distributed audio installations where dozens of speakers need to disappear into a ceiling and stay there. Exceptionally efficient at 93 dB sensitivity, it requires less than half the amplifier power of the standard Qi 65C to achieve the same volume, making it the right choice when a single amplifier zone is driving multiple rooms simultaneously.

The single full-range driver is deliberately designed without a conventional crossover or separate tweeter. Instead, a 2.2" sympathetic radiator extends the high-frequency range naturally, reducing component count and improving reliability in difficult-to-access ceiling locations. With a maximum rear depth of just 73mm, the Qi 65CB is Q Install's shallowest speaker — fitting into ceiling voids where deeper models simply will not go.

Designed for Professional Installation

Each speaker ships with a paper cut-out template to mark the 203mm hole accurately before cutting. A sprung-clamp retention system tightens from the front against the ceiling surface, eliminating the need for rear access. Speaker terminals use push-open connectors operable single-handed. The magnetic grille — available in both circular and square formats to suit different ceiling styles — clips into place without tools and can be painted to match any décor.

This 10-pack contains ten Qi 65CB speakers and ten cut-out templates, providing a complete set for a multi-room installation or a contractor supplying a commercial project. Grilles are paintable and the chassis uses UL94 flame-retardant materials throughout.
