The Q Acoustics Qi 65C is a 6.5" professional in-ceiling speaker designed for whole-home audio distribution and multi-room installation systems. Sold as a pair, it offers a combination of high-quality audio performance and discreet installation, making it equally suitable for dedicated listening rooms, living areas, kitchens, and other domestic spaces.
The Qi 65C uses a 6.5" polypropylene woofer for clear, full midrange reproduction with controlled bass, paired with a 0.75" (19mm) swivel tweeter. The swivelling tweeter allows the high-frequency driver to be aimed toward the primary listening position, optimising stereo imaging even when the speakers cannot be positioned symmetrically. A crossover-mounted high-frequency trim switch (±3dB) provides further tonal adjustment to suit the acoustic character of the room.
Construction uses moisture-proof materials rated to UL94 flame-retardant standards, making the Qi 65C suitable for installation in kitchens and humid environments as well as standard living spaces. The one-handed push-connector speaker terminals simplify installation, and an included installation template ensures accurate cutout sizing. Grilles attach magnetically and remove cleanly without tools.
