The Q Acoustics 3010c 5.1 Cinema Pack brings together four 3010c bookshelf speakers, the 3090c centre channel, and the 3060S subwoofer to create a complete home cinema system from Q Acoustics’ latest generation c range. Sitting alongside the larger 3050c-based cinema pack and the premium 5000 series packages in Q Acoustics’ lineup, the 3010c 5.1 is designed for rooms where compact dimensions are a priority without sacrificing the coherent, musically engaging presentation the brand is known for.

C³ Continuous Curved Cone Driver Technology

At the heart of every speaker in the 3000c range is Q Acoustics’ C³ Continuous Curved Cone mid/bass driver. This ground-up driver design combines the bass performance benefits of a traditional straight conic cone with the high and mid-range frequency control of a flared cone, achieved through a single continuous curve rather than separate profile sections. The result is superior bass dynamics and smoother integration with the tweeter across the crossover region.

Cabinet Construction & Tweeter Isolation

Each satellite and centre speaker in the pack uses Q Acoustics’ P2P (Point to Point) bracing, a strategic internal reinforcement that minimises low-frequency reverberation within the cabinet. This reduces colouration and improves stereo imaging and soundstage accuracy. The 22mm treble unit is hermetically sealed and mechanically isolated from the baffle, preventing modulation caused by internal cabinet pressures and vibrations from the mid/bass driver. Together, these measures ensure the cabinet contributes as little colouration as possible to the output.

Satellite Speakers — 3010c

The four 3010c bookshelf speakers handle the front left/right and surround channels. Each houses a single 101mm C³ mid/bass driver and a 22mm hermetically sealed tweeter, crossing over at 3.1kHz. With a frequency response extending from 60Hz to 30kHz (–6dB) and a sensitivity of 85.0dB, they are comfortable with amplifier power from 15 to 80 watts. At just 254 × 155 × 251mm and 4.4kg per speaker, they are compact enough for shelf or wall-bracket mounting.

Centre Channel — 3090c

The 3090c centre speaker uses a dual 101mm C³ driver arrangement flanking the same 22mm sealed tweeter, crossing over at 2.9kHz. The twin-driver configuration raises sensitivity to 92.0dB and extends the recommended amplifier power range to 25–120W, ensuring dialogue and vocal content cut through clearly even in larger rooms. Frequency response reaches from 68Hz to 30kHz (–6dB).

Subwoofer — 3060S

Low-frequency duties are handled by the 3060S, an infinite baffle design with a 200mm bass driver powered by a 150W Class D amplifier. Its slim cabinet profile (324 × 480 × 155mm overall) allows it to sit discreetly alongside furniture. The variable crossover control spans 35–250Hz, providing flexibility to match the system to the room and the capabilities of the AV receiver.

System Integration

All five satellite and centre speakers share the same 6Ω nominal impedance and consistent voicing across the generation c range, ensuring seamless tonal matching across all channels. The 3060S subwoofer handles everything below the crossover point, extending the system’s bass response down to 35Hz.
