The Pure Evoke Spot sits at the compact end of Pure's Evoke range of internet-connected smart radios, below the portable Evoke Play and the CD-equipped Evoke Home. It combines DAB, DAB+ and FM reception with internet radio access to over 85,000 stations and podcasts worldwide, plus Spotify Connect for direct streaming from the Spotify app without needing Bluetooth.
Audio & Speaker
A single 3-inch full-range driver paired with a bass reflex port delivers 20W of output from the compact enclosure. The mono configuration keeps the form factor small enough for a bedside table, kitchen shelf or desk. An equaliser is built in for adjusting the tonal balance to suit the listening environment.
Connectivity & Streaming
Wi-Fi provides access to internet radio stations and native Spotify Connect integration, allowing any phone, laptop or tablet on the same network to select the Evoke Spot as a playback device directly within the Spotify app. Bluetooth 4.2 extends compatibility to other streaming services including Amazon Music, Tidal, Apple Music and Deezer. A micro-USB port is provided for service use only.
Display & Controls
A colour LCD screen displays station information, track metadata and the clock. On-device controls provide direct access to key functions, with additional control available via the Pure app.
Convenience Features
The Evoke Spot stores up to 10 FM presets, 10 DAB/DAB+ presets and 40 internet radio or podcast favourites. Two configurable alarms can wake to a ringtone, radio station or internet radio station, with snooze and sleep timer functions included.
