The Polk Audio HTS 12 is a powered, ported subwoofer designed to deliver deep, extended bass for both home cinema and music systems. Built around a 12-inch Dynamic Balance driver that is Klippel optimised for reduced distortion, improved linearity and greater durability, it extends bass output down to 22 Hz from a substantial but well-proportioned cabinet.
Polk’s Power Port bass venting system smoothly transitions airflow from the cabinet into the room, minimising turbulence and port noise for cleaner, more composed bass at higher output levels. A Class D amplifier delivers efficient power, and comprehensive connectivity including LFE and stereo RCA inputs makes integration with AV receivers and stereo amplifiers straightforward. An adjustable crossover (40–160 Hz), phase control, auto on/off and 12 V trigger are included as standard.
