The Peerless Sigma HDMI Cable is a High Speed HDMI 2.0 interconnect certified by HDMI Licensing LLC, engineered to deliver reliable 4K/UltraHD performance at 60 frames per second. With a data bandwidth exceeding 18Gbps, it comfortably handles the demands of modern AV systems, supporting 4K content alongside 32-channel audio, 21:9 cinema aspect ratios, Dual View, and YCbCr 4:2:0 colour spaces.
Premium Construction
The Sigma's conductors are crafted from oversized silver-plated pure copper oxygen-free copper (PCOFC) for low-resistance signal transmission. Tinned PCOFC braiding combined with aluminium foil shielding provides dual-layer protection against electromagnetic (EMI) and radio-frequency (RFI) interference, supplemented by twin RFI filters for enhanced noise rejection. The fully-cast metal connector headshells add both structural rigidity and an additional barrier against external interference.
Full Feature Support
The Sigma supports Audio Return Channel (ARC) for two-way audio routing between a television and an AV receiver or soundbar via a single cable, along with the HDMI Ethernet Channel (HEC) for sharing an internet connection between connected devices. It remains fully backward compatible with all previous HDMI standards.
