The Monitor Audio IWS-10 employs an extraordinarily rigid, flat 10″ diaphragm of 10 mm RDT (Rigid Diaphragm Technology) material derived from Monitor Audio’s acclaimed Platinum series. This sandwich of C-CAM alloy bonded to a honeycomb Nomex core delivers low mass and great strength, allowing the driver to behave as an extremely agile piston resistant to bending.
The IWS-10 generates excellent bass quality from wall, ceiling, or floor locations, providing a wide range of new-build and retrofit possibilities. It features Monitor Audio’s patented Tri-Grip clamping system for easier installation and better surface sealing. The trimless grille and frame edge are paintable to blend discreetly with décor.
