The Milty Duopad is a double-sided cleaning pad designed for effective maintenance of vinyl records, CDs and DVDs. Part of the Milty range of record care accessories, the Duopad offers a simple, affordable approach to keeping your collection free from dust and surface contamination.
How It Works
The Duopad features two distinct cleaning surfaces, each designed for a specific stage of the cleaning process. The red side is intended for wet cleaning — apply a small amount of record cleaning fluid (such as Milty Permaclean spray) and gently wipe across the record surface to lift embedded dust and debris from the grooves. The black side is then used to dry the disc, removing any residual moisture and leaving a clean surface ready for playback.
The pad can also be used dry for quick dust removal before each listening session. By removing surface particles before the stylus makes contact, the Duopad helps reduce background noise and minimise wear and tear on the stylus.
