The London Sessions is the twelfth studio album from Mary J. Blige, released in 2014 on Capitol Records. Recorded at RAK Studios in London, the album sees Blige collaborating with some of the UK's most celebrated songwriters and producers, including Disclosure, Sam Smith, Naughty Boy, Jimmy Napes, Emeli Sandé, Eg White and Sam Romans.

The result is a collection of twelve tracks that blend Blige's signature soul and R&B vocals with contemporary electronic and house production. Highlights include the Sam Smith co-written opener Therapy, the Disclosure-produced Right Now, and the confessional Whole Damn Year.
