HD Anywhere
HD Anywhere — trading as HDA and operating as HD Connectivity Ltd. — is a British manufacturer of AV distribution and control systems, established in 2006 and based in Malvern, England. The company designs and engineers products intended to simplify and unify the use of televisions, audio, and smart home technology within residential and commercial installations.
HDA's core product lines include MHUB, a range of matrix AV distribution systems; uControl, an integrated control platform for managing video sources, music, lighting, and connected devices; and XTND, a series of HDMI extenders capable of transmitting 4K video over CAT6 cabling at distances of up to 150 metres. A distinguishing feature of HDA's approach is that uControl software is built directly into MHUB units, removing the need for a separate third-party control system. The company received a UK patent for this integrated control architecture in 2018.
HDA is a member of the HDBaseT Alliance, CEDIA, and the UHD Alliance. The company's products are distributed internationally, with partnerships in Canada, India, Australia, Mexico, and South Africa, and have been deployed in projects including work recognised by the British Film Institute.
