The Grandview Tab Tensioned Home Theatre 16:9 is a motorised screen that uses an adjustable tab tensioning system to hold the Multiply screen material perfectly flat across its full surface. This eliminates the gentle billowing or undulation seen on standard motorised roller screens, and is particularly beneficial with 4K Ultra HD projection where any surface irregularity becomes visible. The screen is ISF certified and carries full control integration including 12V trigger, IR remote and RS232.
Screen Material
The ISF-certified Multiply material is held under consistent tension by the adjustable tab system, which runs along both vertical edges of the screen. The result is a flat, wrinkle-free surface from edge to edge throughout the working life of the product. The material is rated for 4K Ultra HD use.
Motor and Controls
The ultra-quiet tubular motor operates with low noise, and deployment can be triggered automatically via the built-in 12V trigger. An IR remote control is supplied as standard, and RS232 allows integration with third-party AV control systems.
Installation
The casing mounts to ceiling or wall using the supplied brackets. Available in 6ft, 7ft, 7.5ft, 8ft, 9ft and 10ft diagonal sizes. The 10ft size features a larger casing to accommodate the wider material roll.
