Focal Kanta No.3 White High Gloss

The Kanta No.3 is the reference floorstander of Focal's Kanta range, sitting above the No.2 as the most capable model in the series. This three-way bass-reflex design pairs Focal's signature Flax cone drivers with a pure Beryllium tweeter to deliver depth, impact and articulate bass alongside a remarkably neutral midrange.

Flax cone drivers

Two 21cm Flax woofers and a 16.5cm Flax midrange use cones sandwiched between two layers of glass fibre, giving a light yet rigid structure for fast, controlled and detailed reproduction. The drivers feature Focal's NIC motor, with the midrange adding TMD suspension for lower distortion across the critical vocal range.

IAL3 Beryllium tweeter

A 27mm IAL3 pure Beryllium inverted dome tweeter extends response to 40kHz, reproducing high frequencies with openness and precision while integrating seamlessly with the Flax midrange.

Cabinet and finish

The enclosure combines a one-piece moulded wood rear shell with a High-Density Polymer front baffle, presented here in a White High Gloss finish with a matte front. A Zamak base with adjustable spikes and cups provides stable, low-vibration support. The Kanta No.3 is suited to larger rooms of roughly 40 to 80 square metres.
