Flax cone technology
Twin 6.5-inch Flax midbass drivers use Focal's patented membrane made from French flax fibre. This innovation delivers a very natural, uncoloured sound with rich midrange reproduction, ensuring clarity of sound and intelligibility of dialogue for an immersive cinema experience.
Beryllium tweeter
An 11/16-inch IAL3 pure Beryllium inverted dome tweeter extends the response to 40kHz, reproducing the finest high-frequency detail with precision and openness. The driver array is tuned for accurate, lifelike voice reproduction.
Modern finishes
This Walnut model combines a matte black front with a real walnut wood veneer body. The matte baffle absorbs light rather than reflecting it, creating a refined contrast with the natural wood grain of the cabinet. A magnetic grille is supplied for a clean, uninterrupted appearance.
Home cinema and Dolby Atmos
The Kanta Center pairs perfectly with Kanta loudspeakers in a home cinema installation, while a Sub 1000F subwoofer completes a top-quality multi-channel system. Combined with in-ceiling loudspeakers, it supports an immersive 3D audio experience in Dolby Atmos, DTS:X or Auro-3D. Four counter-spikes are pre-fitted to the base, and an optional Kanta Center Stand allows easy placement beneath a screen.
