The FiiO RM3 is a dedicated Bluetooth remote controller designed to complement the FiiO R-series of desktop streaming players and DAC/amplifiers. Using Bluetooth BLE 5.1, it lets you control track playback, song selection, volume, and navigation from up to 30 metres away - ideal for listening from the comfort of a sofa or armchair without needing to approach your system.
The RM3 features a built-in gyroscope that enables a mouse mode, allowing you to navigate any Android device - including FiiO R-series products - just by pointing and moving the remote in the air. This makes browsing menus and selecting music far more convenient when seated at a distance.
Sixteen clearly labelled silicone buttons provide quick access to common functions including power, return to desktop, mode selection, volume up and down, play/pause, skip, and a dedicated favourites button for adding a track to your playlist with a single press. The remote also features 360-degree operation with no dead-angle control, so it does not need to be pointed directly at the receiving device.
The RM3 is constructed from ABS plastic with a slim, lightweight form factor, and is powered by two AAA batteries (not included). It is compatible with FiiO R-series products and other Android-based FiiO players.
