Digital Audio for iOS on the Go
The FiiO LT-LT3 is a compact USB-C to Lightning OTG (On-The-Go) data cable designed to connect FiiO portable DAC and headphone amplifiers to iPhones and iPads. Rather than a simple charging lead, this is a dedicated digital audio cable that carries lossless PCM audio data at up to 192kHz/24-bit from the iOS device directly into the DAC's digital input, bypassing the phone's built-in audio circuitry entirely for noticeably improved sound quality.
High-Purity Copper Construction
The cable uses a high-purity, tin-plated copper wire core to ensure stable signal transmission with good resistance to oxidation. The cable body is formed from a soft, skin-friendly silicone material that is supple to handle and resists the daily wear and tear of being carried in a pocket or bag alongside a portable DAC/amp. The connector housings are aluminium alloy with straight plug designs at both ends.
20cm for Portable Pairing
At just 20cm in length, the LT-LT3 is sized specifically for portable use. It keeps your iPhone or iPad tethered closely to a belt-clipped or palm-held DAC/amp such as the BTR5, Q3, or Q5s-TC, avoiding the awkward slack of a longer cable while remaining long enough to sit comfortably in a pocket or on a desk. USB devices drawing more than 200mA from the bus are not supported, and the cable should not be used to charge Apple devices.
Compatible FiiO Devices
The LT-LT3 is compatible with a range of FiiO USB-C DAC and amplifier products including the BTR3K, BTR5, Q3, Q5s-TC, and K9 Pro. It also works with other compliant USB audio devices that fall within the supported power draw limit.
