Triple Hybrid Driver Architecture
Each earpiece houses three independent drivers working in concert: a 10mm dynamic driver featuring a beryllium-plated diaphragm for extended bass response and natural mid-range body, paired with two Knowles balanced armature drivers -- the ED30262 for midrange and the RAD33518 for high frequencies. A physical and electronic three-way crossover divides the audio signal cleanly between the drivers, ensuring each operates within its optimal range without interference.
S.TURBO Acoustic Design
FiiO's proprietary S.TURBO sound tube system uses a turbine-inspired 41.5mm tube configuration to optimise acoustic airflow within the shell. This design, combined with a balanced pressure relief system, reduces standing waves and resonance, contributing to a more open and accurate presentation at all listening volumes.
Aerospace-Grade Shell Construction
The FH3 shell is precision machined from an aluminium-magnesium alloy using 5-axis CNC equipment and 23 separate tool bits, producing a refined water ripple faceplate finish. The result is a lightweight yet rigid housing that resists resonance and sits comfortably over the ear for extended listening sessions. Colour-coded red and blue MMCX collar rings identify right and left channels at a glance.
Detachable MMCX Cable
The included cable is built from four strands of 96-wire high-purity monocrystalline silver-plated copper, terminated with a gold-plated right-angle 3.5mm jack. MMCX connectors allow the cable to be swapped for balanced alternatives or wireless Bluetooth adapters such as FiiO's own UTWS and BTA series, considerably extending the versatility of the FH3.
Extensive Eartip Selection
Eleven pairs of eartips are included across four different materials and sizes, covering silicone single-bore, silicone double-bore, memory foam, and vocal-tuned options. This breadth of choice allows precise fitting and sound tailoring to individual ear anatomy and listening preference.
