Peerless PRS Projector Mount (Black)

The Peerless-AV PRS is the entry point in Peerless-AV’s projector ceiling mount range, sitting below the precision-gear PRGS and the fully geared PRG. Designed for projectors weighing up to 11 kg, it arrives pre-assembled for quick installation and provides three-axis alignment — pitch, roll, and yaw — without the geared mechanisms of its higher-specification siblings.

Construction & Mounting

The mount body attaches directly to the ceiling for a low-profile installation, keeping the projector close to the surface. Mounting slots on the base allow 30° of rotation (±15°) during installation so the image can be squared to the screen before the fixings are fully tightened. Hardware is included for wood stud, wood beam, and solid concrete ceilings. When fitted to an extension column (sold separately), full 360° yaw adjustment becomes available.

Spider Universal Adaptor Plate

The included Spider universal adaptor plate extends up to 448 mm to accommodate the mounting-hole patterns of most projector models. Four adjustable arms slide outward from the centre hub, each secured with serrated-head machine screws to lock the projector firmly in place. A quick-release mechanism allows the projector to be detached from the mount for lamp changes or servicing without disturbing the ceiling alignment.

Alignment & Cable Management

Pitch adjustment ranges from +5° to −20°, and roll is adjustable by ±10°, giving sufficient range to correct for uneven ceilings or off-centre mounting positions. A central access opening in the mount body routes cables from the ceiling void directly to the projector, keeping them out of sight.

Security

Included 4 mm and 2 mm security T-wrenches allow the swivel stop screw and adaptor plate screws to be locked, deterring tampering in shared or commercial spaces. Optional Armor Lock accessories (sold separately) provide additional theft deterrence.
