Marantz NR1510 Slim 5.2-Channel AV Receiver - Black

The Marantz NR1510 is the entry-level model in Marantz's slim-line AV receiver range. At half the height of a conventional AV receiver, it fits into furniture and shelving that would not accommodate a standard-height unit, while delivering 5.2-channel surround sound and warm, rich high-fidelity audio.

Amplification

Five power amplifier channels deliver 50 watts per channel, covering a full 5.2-channel home cinema configuration.

HDMI and 4K Video

Six HDMI inputs handle sources ranging from UHD Blu-ray players and 4K set-top boxes to games consoles. A single HDMI output connects to the display and includes eARC (Enhanced Audio Return Channel) support, allowing audio to be returned from a compatible television without needing a separate connection back to the receiver. 4K pass-through with Dolby Vision HDR is supported.

Streaming and Smart Home

HEOS built-in gives the NR1510 access to streaming services and enables multi-room playback alongside other HEOS-equipped devices throughout the home. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are both included for wireless connectivity: Bluetooth covers both streaming audio from a phone or tablet and wireless audio transmission to Bluetooth headphones, enabling private listening without disturbing others in the room. AirPlay allows streaming from Apple devices, and Amazon Alexa integration enables hands-free voice control of basic functions such as volume and input selection. Google Assistant and Apple Siri are also supported via voice control.

Inputs and Connections

Analogue sources connect via AUX inputs, and a front-panel headphone output provides a convenient point for wired private listening. An optical and a coaxial digital input handle devices such as CD players or television audio outputs. A USB input is also provided.
