Construction
At the heart of the cable are 99.99% oxygen-free copper (OFC) conductors, chosen for their low resistance and reliable signal transfer characteristics. The conductors are housed within a satin black PVC jacket with a 4.0mm outer diameter, providing a balance of flexibility and durability that suits both fixed installations and portable use.
Both terminations feature custom-moulded QED connectors with 24K gold plating. The gold plating serves a practical purpose: it resists oxidation over time, maintaining a consistent contact surface and minimising signal degradation across the connector interface.
Connectivity
The cable carries a USB-A male connector at one end and a USB-C male connector at the other, operating to the USB 2.0 standard.
