Bowers & Wilkins 607 S3 Bookshelf Speakers Black (Pair)

The Bowers & Wilkins 607 S3 is the most compact bookshelf speaker in the 600 Series S3 range, sitting below the 606 S3 and the floorstanding 603 S3. Despite its smaller cabinet, it inherits the same core technologies that define the S3 generation, making it equally suited to stereo listening in smaller rooms or as surround speakers in a home cinema system.

Titanium Dome Tweeter

Central to the 607 S3 is the all-new Titanium Dome tweeter, a significant upgrade over the aluminium dome used in the previous generation. The titanium diaphragm combines exceptional resolution and insight with smooth, refined high-frequency reproduction. Complementing the new dome is a more acoustically transparent tweeter grille mesh, first developed for the flagship Signature models, which minimises diffraction effects and allows the tweeter to perform closer to its theoretical ideal.

Continuum Cone Bass/Midrange

The 130mm Continuum cone driver handles bass and midrange duties. Originally developed for the 800 Series Diamond, the Continuum cone avoids the abrupt transitions in behaviour that can impair a conventional drive unit, delivering voices and instruments with precision and transparency. The two-way vented-box design incorporates Bowers & Wilkins' Flowport technology, which smooths airflow through the reflex port to reduce turbulence noise at higher listening levels.

Build and Connectivity

The 607 S3 features upgraded speaker terminals derived from the 700 Series range, providing an improved layout and a cleaner signal path between amplifier and loudspeakers. The cabinet is compact at 300 x 165 x 207mm (H x W x D) and weighs 4.65kg per speaker, making it genuinely shelf-friendly. It is available in Black, White, and Oak finishes to suit different interiors.
